THE DRIVER OF GODLY PROGRESS (PART 4)

THE DRIVER OF GODLY PROGRESS (PART 4) - TAKING RESPONSIBILITY -

Owning up to our actions and decisions becomes difficult when we think others are responsible for what happens to us. Thinking that way hinders us from getting solutions to our problems.

As we journey, we will encounter misfortunes and people will directly and indirectly hurt us, resulting in our thinking that they are the reasons behind our problems. You may genuinely feel they are the problem because you entrusted something to their care and they couldn't keep it, or they disappointed you in one way or another. However, if you had looked deeper and paid attention to character, attitude, and philosophy, you would have seen earlier that the person couldn't handle your trust, hence the disappointment.

Always remember, as you climb the ladder of leadership, it's more about responsibility than right. Taking responsibility is beyond owning up to being reliable and accountable. Many people are looking up to you, and you can't afford to fail them.

David had a leadership challenge that almost claimed his life and throne, but he quickly remembered he was a king and must take responsibility for the people he governed. according 1 Samuel 30:6-8.

Don't shift blames, act! , don't point fingers, move on! When you began to operate this way, you will get solution to your problems.

Take responsibility today and see things change!
